Terms of Use

1. What You're Buying

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the CRTM Codex for your own creative work. You are not purchasing the underlying copyright to the Codex itself — you're purchasing the right to use it. Each copy purchased licenses one individual for personal use; team or studio use requires one license per person. See the site's Team & Studio Licensing section for volume pricing on multiple copies.

2. Your Creations Are Yours

Every image, video, or other output you create using techniques, prompts, or methods from this Codex is 100% royalty-free. It belongs to you. You may use, publish, and sell your creations however you like, commercially or otherwise. CREATURETORIUM will never make a copyright claim on anything you create using this course.

3. What You Can't Do

The Codex itself — its text, structure, prompts, and included assets — may not be resold, redistributed, or relabeled as your own product, in whole or in part. This license is for your personal use only, not for republishing or reselling the course material itself.

Creature Teeth Set files (STL) are licensed for personal and commercial printing. You may print, use, and sell physical prints you make from them. The files themselves may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or relabeled.

4. Pricing, Promotions, and Updates

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The first 200 sales are priced at $59 and include the free Blind-Bag Creature Teeth Set and three months of free updates from the date of purchase. This promotional pricing ends once 200 sales are reached or three months from launch have passed, whichever comes first. After that, the Codex is priced at $89 and includes all updates made during that window as part of the finished product; the Creature Teeth Sets are sold separately at that point, at $29 for both. "Updates" may include new prompts, refined prompts, new assets, or evaluation of new AI platforms, at CREATURETORIUM's discretion.

5. No Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are issued once a purchase is complete.

6. Third-Party Platforms

This Codex teaches techniques for use with Google Gemini and KlingAI, both independent platforms not affiliated with or endorsed by CREATURETORIUM. Their pricing, features, availability, and terms of service are entirely outside CREATURETORIUM's control and may change at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those platforms' own terms.

7. No Guaranteed Results

AI-generated results vary between attempts, even with identical prompts. Every prompt in this Codex has been tested and confirmed to produce strong results, but CREATURETORIUM cannot guarantee any specific outcome on any individual attempt. This variability is a normal, expected part of working with generative AI, and is addressed directly throughout the course.

8. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This Codex is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. CREATURETORIUM is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of this Codex, including but not limited to AI platform credits spent, time invested, or results obtained.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

10. Changes to These Terms

CREATURETORIUM may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this site.
